We chat, get to know one another and dive deeper into the spaces we will transform. We will assess the desired space and include measurements, photos, an inventory of furniture and appliances, and identify problematic areas. All of the project requirements, timelines, expectations, and budgets will be discussed at this time.

Concept & Design Development

Here is when all of the fun begins!

Our design team will create a concept idea relevant to your specific design needs and vision to begin constructing your design plans. We will create mood boards, floor plans, and 3-dimensional renderings that will represent the best ways to utilize the space. We will select all the materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to present. You will have the opportunity to approve or deny the design options, finishes, and furnishings.

Design Execution

It’s time to put plans in motion!

After the design, finishes, and furnishings are selected, we will place orders and begin construction management and installations. Your vision and our expertise will start to come to life, ensuring attention to detail and quality workmanship throughout the construction process. Once the construction is complete, our design team will embellish each renovated space with love and decor.
