Functionality was a huge determining factor in this space—including an enclosed small laundry room enabled convenience and efficiency for the homeowners and house guests. A design suitable for elders with grab bars and a high countertop and contemporary enough for the weekend traveler, this guest bathroom is the perfect blend for anyone to enjoy. The beautiful black subway tile paired with the contrasting white grout and gold hardware was one of the highlights.
